Pan Pacific Masters Games 3 - 11 November 2012

Posted in Local Events @ Jul 16th 2012 8:34am - By Administrator

The Pan Pacific Masters Games is one of the most anticipated events in Queensland’s sporting diary, and takes place every two years right here on the Gold Coast.

The multi-sport event runs for eight days and features 40 different sports, including softball, archery, football, baseball, swimming and tennis. Approximately 11,000 participants from all over the world are expected to come together to celebrate the 2012 Games this spring, which marks the 8th anniversary of the event.

It’s a mature-age event, which means most sports are open to everyone 30 and over. There are no qualifying times or standards required if you want to get involved – all you need is a passion for your sport!

As well as its busy program of sporting events, the Pan Pacific Masters will once again feature a packed schedule of social activities, including live music, parties and a sports expo. It’s a great chance to hone your skills in your favourite sport, meet likeminded people from all over the world, and generally live it up on the beautiful Gold Coast!

This year the 2012 Games Village will be located at the Gold Coast Convention and Exhibition Centre, not far from Deville luxury apartments Main Beach.

We look forward to welcoming you this spring!
