General information about our accommodation.

Q: Is the pool heated?

The outdoor pool is heated to a minimum 27 degrees all year round.

Q: What facilities do you have?

Facilities include a heated pool, spa, 2 saunas, BBQ and entertainment area and a full size tennis court.

Q: How close is Surfers Paradise?

Surfers Paradise is a 3km walk along the beach or a quick bus ride from your front door to Surfers or Broadbeach.

Q: Can I book theme park tickets at reception?

Yes, theme park tickets can be booked at reception at no extra charge

Q: Do you do have after hours check-in facilities?

Yes, after hours check-ins can be arranged by contacting Reception during business hours on 07 5591 6322.

Q: Can I get a late checkout?

Yes, late check outs can be arranged depending on availability. A small charge is applicable

Q: When do I have to pay a deposit?

A deposit is required on booking to secure your reservation. The balance is payable on arrival.

eTourism Holidays (our booking agent) will also require a small deposit at time of booking.

Q: Is there car parking at the property?

Yes, one car space is allocated to each apartment in the secure underground car park. If you have more than one car, street parking is available. The above ground car park is for visitors only with a maximum time allowed of 4 hours

Q: Are all apartments Air Conditioned?

Not all apartments are air conditioned so please request this when booking to ensure you are not disappointed.

Q: Where can I buy my groceries?

There is a convenience store located about 30 metres from the building.

Mini supermarkets and bottle shops are located about a 400m away in Tedder Ave or Australia Fair Shopping Centre is about 1.5km away.

Q: Do you have internet facilities?

Yes internet facilities are available for a small fee. Please enquire at Reception.

Q: Can I arrange transport to DeVille from the airport?

Yes, you can book buses/taxis to and from the airport to DeVille Apartments.

We will be happy to make these bookings for you at no extra charge

Q: Do you have a DVD player in the apartment?

Yes, all apartments are equipped with DVD players.

Q: Is linen provided?

Yes, all apartments are provided with linen including bath mats and towels.

Extra towels can be hired ir required.

Q: How often are apartments serviced?

Apartments are serviced every 7 days for stays longer than 8 days?
