Booking & Check-In

Information about bookings, payments and check-in.

Q: What time is check-in and check-out?

Check In: 14:00 

Check Out: 10:00

The Reception is open from Monday - Friday at 9:00am to 5pm and on Saturday at 9:30am to 12pm. Closed on Sundays & Pubic Holidays.

*Bookings made within 48 hours of arrival must check in within office hours.

Upon processing of bookings, all our guests receive an email confirmation detailing instructions for a seamless after hours check in.

Q: Is after hours check-in available?

Yes, after hours check-ins can be arranged by contacting Reception during business hours on 07 5591 6322.

Q: Can I have a late check-out?

Yes, late check outs can be arranged depending on availability. A small charge is applicable.

Q: When do I have to pay a deposit?

At the time of booking your Credit Card will be charged a deposit by eTourism Holidays, our booking agent.
No deposit is taken by Deville Apartments at the time of booking.
Full payment will be taken 7 days prior to arrival, Deville Apartments will charge the payment from your credit card.

Q: What are the reception hours?

Monday - Friday: 9am to 5pm

Saturday: 9:30am to 12 noon

Sunday & Public Holidays: CLOSED

Yes, theme park tickets can be booked at reception at no extra charge

Q: Is there Internet or WiFi access available?

Yes, complimentary unlimited wifi available to all of our guests. Please enquire at Reception.

Q: What facilities do you have?

Facilities include a heated pool, spa, 2 saunas, BBQ and entertainment area and a full size tennis court.

Q: Is there car parking available?

We offer secure, undercover off - street parking at no extra cost, with space limited to one vehicle per apartment and a maximum height restriction of 1.95 metres. Additional on-street parking is also available.

The above ground car park is for visitors only with a maximum time allowed of 4 hours

Q: Is all linen provided?

Yes, all apartments are provided with linen including bath mats and towels.

Extra towels can be hired if required.

Q: How often are apartments serviced?

Apartments are serviced every 7 days for stays longer than 8 days.

Q: Is the pool heated?

The outdoor pool is heated to approximately 26 degrees all year round.

Q: Are all apartments Air Conditioned?

Not all apartments are air conditioned so please request this when booking to ensure you are not disappointed.

Q: Do you have a DVD player in the apartment?

Yes, all apartments are equipped with DVD players

Surfers Paradise is a 3km walk along the beach or a quick bus ride from your front door to Surfers or Broadbeach.

Yes, you can book buses/taxis to and from the airport to DeVille Apartments.

We will be happy to make these bookings for you at no extra charge

Q: Where can I buy groceries locally?

Mini supermarkets and bottle shops are located about a 400m away in Tedder Ave or Australia Fair Shopping Centre is about 1.5km away.
